- **ここで取ったものです — 認定は要りません** — そのまま使えます。
- **正式な認定は要りません** — 資格の価値は雇い主が判断します。公的な同等性の証明があると、その判断が進みます。
- **就くには認定が必要です** — この職業は the country で規制されています。働き始める前に、下の機関に申請してください。
- **EU域内では自動的に認められます** — EU・EEA・スイスの市民がこの資格を加盟国のひとつで取った場合、ほかの加盟国でも自動的に認められます。それでも下の機関への登録は必要です。
- **大学が判断します** — 入学の条件は大学ごとに決まります。同等性の証明があると、あなたの資格を読み取りやすくなります。

## Language tests

- United Kingdom, 看護師: 英語：IELTS アカデミック 総合7.0かつ各セクション7.0（ライティングは6.5）、または OET グレードB（ライティングは C+）。そのうえで NMC のコンピュータ試験と実技試験。
- United Kingdom, 助産師: 英語：IELTS アカデミック 総合7.0かつ各セクション7.0（ライティングは6.5）、または OET グレードB（ライティングは C+）。そのうえで NMC のコンピュータ試験と実技試験。
- Australia, 看護師: 英語：通常 IELTS アカデミックで各セクション7.0、または認められる同等の試験。
- United States, 看護師: ほとんどの州で NCLEX 試験が必要です。海外の看護教育は CGFNS が審査します。

## 手順

- 卒業証書と、成績証明書一式（科目と評価の一覧）。
- 機関が求める言語でないものは、すべて認証翻訳を。
- パスポートと、名前が変わっているならその証明。
- 規制職業の場合：学んだ国での登録証明と処分がないことの証明、そして実務経験。

- 「実務経験に基づく」学位を売るディプロマミル — 使えば、ビザも職歴も終わりかねません。
- 料金で「認定を保証する」と言う代理人 — 決めるのは公式機関だけです。
