- 日本を離れるとき、納付が6か月以上10年未満なら、外国人は出国から2年以内に脱退一時金を請求できます（最大5年ぶん、約20%が源泉徴収されます）。ただし、その期間は記録から消えます。

### Philippines

- Minimum: 10年ぶんの月々の保険料
- Pension age (born 1970): 65 years — 働くのをやめていれば60歳、そうでなければ65歳。
- 月々の拠出が120回未満の場合、SSS は年金ではなく、拠出額に利息をつけて一時金で払い戻します。海外からの任意継続も可能です。

### New Zealand

- Minimum: 居住10年
- Pension age (born 1970): 65 years — NZ Super は65歳から。
- 2024年7月から65歳になる人は、居住要件が10年から20年へ段階的に上がります。

### Mexico

## 国をまたいで年数を合算する

## 英国ぶんの目安

Full new State Pension from 6 April 2026: £241.3 a week. Estimate: qualifying years ÷ 35 × the full rate (from 10 years).

## abroad からの請求のしかた

- EU・EEA・スイスにお住まいなら、住んでいる国への1件の申請で、働いたすべてのEU・EEA諸国ぶんがまとめて扱われます。
- そうでなければ、各国の年金事務所に直接申請します。多くは海外からの請求を、受給年齢の数か月前から受け付けます。

## 気をつけて

- 受給年齢の前に現金化するという「年金の早期解放」の勧誘 — たいてい重い税と手数料がかかります。
- 年金を国外へ移すよう勧める電話や広告 — 規制を受けた助言者だけを使ってください。
- 公的年金を「探す」ために料金を求める相手 — 年金事務所も照会サービスも無料です。
