Hacked account: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/6294825
Disabled account: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/40695
Security check: https://myaccount.google.com/security-checkup
I forgot my password
- Open Google yourself — the official app, or its address typed by hand — and choose “Forgot password”.
- Use the email or phone number the account was opened with. The code arrives there.
- No code? Check spam, wait five minutes, then ask once more. Asking again and again can lock it for hours.
Someone changed my password, email or phone
- Go to Google's account recovery (below) and answer every question you can — on a phone or computer you've signed in with before.
- Look for a “Security alert” email from Google at your recovery address: it has a link to secure the account.
- Once in, Google's hacked-account guide (below) shows what the attacker may have changed.
I lost my phone, or my login codes
- On the sign-in screen choose “Try another way”: a backup code, a prompt on another signed-in device, or a code to your recovery email.
- If none works, use Google's account recovery (below) and answer every question. It can take a few days.
My account was disabled or suspended
- Sign in: if Google disabled the account, you'll see “Try to restore” — follow it.
- Or use Google's disabled-account page (below) to ask for a review.
Someone is posting or messaging as me
- Warn your contacts now, on another channel: “Ignore messages from my account — it isn't me.”
- Report the account or the fake profile to Google, with its own report button, and ask friends to report it too.
- If it's your own account that was taken, choose “Someone changed my password, email or phone” above.
I can still get in, but something is wrong
- Run Google's Security Checkup (below): it lists devices, apps and recent changes, and fixes them in place.
- In Gmail settings, check Forwarding and Filters for rules you didn't create.
Apple Account — iCloud, iPhone
Get back in: https://iforgot.apple.com
Help centre: https://support.apple.com
I forgot my password
- On an iPhone or iPad you're signed in on: Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Change Password.
- No such device? Go to iforgot.apple.com (below).
Someone changed my password, email or phone
- Go to iforgot.apple.com (below) and reset the password with your trusted phone number.
- If the phone number was changed too, start Account Recovery there: Apple gives you a date when you can get back in.
I lost my phone, or my login codes
- Sign in on another Apple device you own to get a code — or use your recovery key, if you set one.
- No trusted device or number: start Account Recovery at iforgot.apple.com (below). The wait can be days, and it protects you.
- Lost the iPhone itself? Mark it as lost at icloud.com/find, from another device.
My account was disabled or suspended
- If your Apple Account is locked “for security reasons”, unlock it at iforgot.apple.com (below).
- For a disabled account, contact Apple Support from Apple's own site (below).
Someone is posting or messaging as me
- Warn your contacts now, on another channel: “Ignore messages from my account — it isn't me.”
- Report the account or the fake profile to Apple, with its own report button, and ask friends to report it too.
- If it's your own account that was taken, choose “Someone changed my password, email or phone” above.

Hacked account: https://account.live.com/acsr
Security check: https://account.microsoft.com/security
I forgot my password
- Reset the password on Microsoft's page (below): it sends a code to your security email or phone.
Someone changed my password, email or phone
- Fill in Microsoft's account recovery form (below), from a device and place you've used before.
- Give as many old passwords and recent email subjects as you remember — more answers, better chances.
- Give an email address you can read now as your contact: the answer arrives there, usually within 24 hours.
I lost my phone, or my login codes
- On Microsoft's reset page (below), choose “I don't have any of these” to reach the recovery form.
My account was disabled or suspended
- Read Microsoft's message: it says why, and whether you can appeal.
- Appeal only through Microsoft's own pages (below). Nobody else can restore an account, whatever they promise.
- Appeal once, honestly, then wait. Sending many appeals usually slows it down.
Someone is posting or messaging as me
- Warn your contacts now, on another channel: “Ignore messages from my account — it isn't me.”
- Report the account or the fake profile to Microsoft, with its own report button, and ask friends to report it too.

- Search your email for Facebook's message about the change (from security@facebookmail.com) and choose “Secure your account” — it can undo it.
- If Facebook asks, confirm who you are with a photo ID or a video selfie.
I lost my phone, or my login codes
- On the login screen, choose “Try another way”.
- Use a saved recovery code, or approve the login from a device where you're still logged in.
My account was disabled or suspended
- Log in: Facebook shows whether you can appeal, and how. Follow that screen only.
Someone is posting or messaging as me
- Report the fake profile: open it → “…” → Find support or report.
- Warn your friends: “Ignore requests and messages from the other account.”
I can still get in, but something is wrong

- Accounts Center → Personal details: remove any email or phone that isn't yours.
WhatsApp
Contact them: https://www.whatsapp.com/contact
Help centre: https://faq.whatsapp.com
I forgot my password
- WhatsApp has no password: open it on your phone and register your number with the 6-digit code sent by text.
Someone changed my password, email or phone
- Open WhatsApp on your phone and register your number again with the 6-digit code — that signs the other person out.
- If it asks for a two-step PIN you never set, the thief set it: you may have to wait 7 days before you can register without it.
- Never share the 6-digit code with anyone. WhatsApp never asks for it.
I lost my phone, or my login codes
- Ask your mobile operator to block the SIM and give you a new one with the same number.
- Meanwhile, ask WhatsApp to deactivate the account: contact them (below) with “Lost/Stolen: Please deactivate my account” and your number in full international format, like +63 912 345 6789.
- Then register WhatsApp on a new phone with that number. Your chats come back if you had a backup.
My account was disabled or suspended
- Open WhatsApp: if the number is banned, tap “Request a review” and wait for the answer in the app.
Someone is posting or messaging as me

I can still get in, but something is wrong

- Settings → Account → Two-step verification: turn it on, with a PIN and an email.
Telegram
Contact them: https://telegram.org/support
Help centre: https://telegram.org/faq
I forgot my password
- Telegram signs you in with a code, not a password. If it asks for a password, that's your two-step password: tap “Forgot password?” for a code at your recovery email.
Someone changed my password, email or phone
- Log in with your number and the code. If a password you never set blocks you, the thief set it: tap “Forgot password?”.
- No recovery email you can reach? If you're still logged in on another device, ask for a password reset there — it takes effect after 7 days.
- Logged in nowhere and no email: the only way back is “Reset account”, which deletes your chats. Write to Telegram's support (below) before you choose it.
I lost my phone, or my login codes
- Get a replacement SIM with the same number from your mobile operator, then log in on a new phone.
- From a device that's still logged in: Settings → Devices → end the lost phone's session.

- Report the account or the fake profile to Epic Games, with its own report button, and ask friends to report it too.
- If it's your own account that was taken, choose “Someone changed my password, email or phone” above.
I can still get in, but something is wrong
- Account → Password & security: sign out everywhere and turn on two-factor authentication.
Signal
Help centre: https://support.signal.org
I forgot my password
- Signal has no password: register your number again with the text code.
- If it asks for a PIN you forgot and Registration Lock is on, you must wait 7 days.
Someone changed my password, email or phone
- Register your number again on your phone — that signs the other device out.
- Settings → Linked devices: remove anything you don't recognise.
I lost my phone, or my login codes
- Get a replacement SIM with the same number, then register Signal on the new phone. Chats come back only if you had a backup.
My account was disabled or suspended
- Read Signal's message: it says why, and whether you can appeal.
- Appeal only through Signal's own pages (below). Nobody else can restore an account, whatever they promise.
- Appeal once, honestly, then wait. Sending many appeals usually slows it down.

My bank or payment app
I forgot my password
- Call your bank now, on the number printed on your card or its official website — never a number from a message.
- Freeze or block the card in the bank's app while you wait.
- Secure your email first, then change the bank app's password and PIN.
- Report every payment you didn't make, in writing, and ask the bank what happens next.
- Never read a text-message code to anyone who calls — not even “the bank”.

Another account
I forgot my password
- Open the site yourself — the official app, or its address typed by hand — and choose “Forgot password”.
- Use the email or phone number the account was opened with. The code arrives there.
- No code? Check spam, wait five minutes, then ask once more. Asking again and again can lock it for hours.
Someone changed my password, email or phone
- Open the site's own page for getting back in. It is built for this, even if the email and phone were changed.
- Search your email for a message from the site about the change: most include a “This wasn't me” link that undoes it.
- Use a phone or computer you've used on the account before, on your usual Wi-Fi — recovery trusts familiar ones.
- Have ready: an old password, the original email or phone, roughly when you opened the account, and a photo ID in case they ask.
I lost my phone, or my login codes
- Use a backup code, if you saved them when you set up two-step login.
- Is the account still open on another device — a laptop, a tablet? Change the two-step settings there.
- No codes and no other device: use the site's own recovery. It can take days — that wait protects you.
- Lost the SIM too? Get a replacement SIM with the same number from your mobile operator, in person, with ID.

I can still get in, but something is wrong
- Change the password now, to one you use nowhere else.
- Sign out of every other device.
- Check the recovery email, the phone number and any email forwarding — remove what you don't recognise.
- Remove apps and connected accounts you didn't add.
- Turn on two-step login with an authenticator app.
Once you're back in
- Change the password to one you use nowhere else.
- Sign out of every other device.
- Turn on two-step login — an authenticator app is safer than text messages.
- Check the recovery email, phone number and email forwarding: attackers leave their own there.
- Tell your contacts that recent messages from your account weren't from you.
- Anywhere else you used the same password, change it too.
Two things to know
- Nobody can recover an account for money — no “recovery expert”, no hacker for hire, no one in the comments. They are the second scam.
- If money was taken, call your bank now. And secure your email first: whoever has your email can reset everything else.
